Miss Pam's Child Care has been serving the Goshen community for 26 years and offers a wide range of opportunities and services for children. Specializing in early childhood education, Miss Pam's highly qualified staff incorporates scientifically approved educational methods and strategies to engage children in learning/play activities throughout the day.

Meet the Staff
Miss Pam's Child Care has always worked to provide the best services possible to the children who attend by employing an exceptional staff who are well trained, educated, and friendly. All teachers have certifications in CPR and First Aid and have taken many other classes related to childhood behavior and activities. With a combined 60 years of experience, we are positive that we will be able to help your children achieve success.
Miss Pam
Miss Pam is the Owner and President of Miss Pam's Child Care. She earned her bachelor's degree in education and business from David Lipscomb University, Nashville, TN. She has taught and been involved in early childhood development for 36 years. Miss Pam is the mother of four children, all who have successfully graduated from college and are gainfully employed; two are commissioned in the Army. She has been involved in the Chamber of Commerce for 8 years and is in charge of the "Light Up Goshen Parade". Teaching Vacation Bible School and Preschool Bible Classes as well as gardening are some of her favorite extra curricular activities; but her favorite pastime is to be with her grandchildren and family, including her pets.

Miss Korinn is the Vice President of Miss Pam's Child Care, as well as Miss Pam's daughter, and has been working at the daycare since 2008. She earned her bachelor's degree from David Lipscomb University. Since graduating has worked for the United States Army and is now a company commander for the U.S. Army Reserves. She is also a mother to three girls, all of whom have attended Miss Pam's Child Care from a very young age.
Miss Korinn is the Vice President of Miss Pam's Child Care, as well as Miss Pam's daughter, and has been working at the daycare since 2008. Miss Rina
Miss Rina has been working at Miss Pam's Child Care for 24 years. She was a preschool teacher for 15 years and has worked semi-retired for the past seven years. She now is responsible for watching the children during nap time and takes care of the bookkeeping. On top of all her experience, she is a mother to three sons and has four grandchildren that she enjoys watching in her free time.
Miss Rina has been working at Miss Pam's Child Care for 24 years. She was a preschool teacher for 15 years and has worked semi-retired for the past seven years. She now is responsible for watching the children during nap time and takes care of the bookkeeping. On top of all her experience, she is a mother to three sons and has four grandchildren that she enjoys watching in her free time.
Miss Cindy
Miss Cindy has worked at Miss Pam's Child Care for a total of eight years. She started working at the Loveland location as a preschool teacher's aide and later worked at the Blanchester location with the school-age children as an administrative assistant. Currently, she works in the office at Goshen High School and works in the afternoons at Miss Pam's, where she prepares the snacks and helps the children with their homework. She has two children of her own and three wonderful grandchildren.

He is also a very active teacher and is dedicated to helping kids improve their motor skill activities, in particular sports.
Mr. Zach is currently a student at the University of Cincinnati. He has worked at Miss Pam's Child Care for three years. He is married to Miss Kathleen, who is a former Miss Pam's Child Care employee and is one of Miss Pam's daughters. He is usually the school age teacher and assists the children with their homework.
